Installing motorized sliding shutters for Globachem

Building Elegance supplied and installed motorized sliding shutters on the new office building of Globachem in Sint-Truiden, Belgium. We are currently finalizing this wonderful assignment, but couldn’t wait to share the result with you. Size does matter, the largest shutters are almost 7 meters high and 3 meters wide! The shutters can be controlled individually but are also connected to a façade management system supplied by Building Elegance. The infill of the shutter consists of expanded metal that was carefully chosen balancing light penetration with the view to the outside.
