A combination of style with functionality

Building Elegance fins combine style with functionality, giving the building a contemporary look and ensuring shade and comfort in the building. Ellipse-shaped or rectangular fins combine optimum sun protection and light control with a futuristic look.

Configurations

The stylish appearance of the extruded fins and the wide choice of dimensions offer maximum design freedom. Fins can be optimally integrated into the design of the building. Fins can be used as a cantilever installation or vertically in front of the facade. They can be applied in horizontal lines or segmented. All systems can be fixed or adjustable. The fins can be provided with an anodised finish or a polyester powder coating in standard or customer-specific colours.

Below the standard available “Double Convex” fins. The maximum fin span depends on the wind load.

Rectangular fins

Below the standard available “Rectangular” fins. The maximum fin span depends on the wind load.

Special fins

Although we already offer a very wide choice of systems and fins, we are always looking for new materials and systems and we respond to the special wishes of architects and designers. In addition to our standard range of aluminum profiles, we also use wood, glass, expanded metal, perforated plates, copper, zinc, woven mesh, etc. as the base material for our sun shading systems. Graphics

The fins of Building Elegance are standard available in different sizes and in an adjustable or fixed configuration. The specific fin design allows for longer spans and there is a choice of different support structures.

Most important features

1. The fixed overlay system, which is mounted on a substructure, is suitable for any angle between 0° and 180° in steps of 5 degrees. The fin angle can be adjusted during installation are determined.
2. V-bracket mount, available at 0, 15, 30, 45 and 45 degrees.
3. Fixed in a custom-made bracket;
4. Adjustable fins, manual or motorized.
