Dynamic façade elements, such as moveable shutters, require regular maintenance to ensure proper functionality. This is only logical, since anything with parts that move needs maintenance, e.g. cars, trucks. All too often this basic knowledge is being ignored, which leads to high costs and unhappy customers later on.
